BASIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Notice is hereby given of joint public participation process for an Environmental Authorisation in terms of the of National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) as amended to conduct Basic Assessment Process for the installation of bulk fuel tanks with a capacity of not more than 500 m³

PROJECT TITLE

The installation of bulk fuel tanks with a capacity of not more than 500 m³.

PROJECT LOCATION

The installation of bulk fuel tanks is situated on RE of portion 107 (a portion of portion 55) of the farm Klippoortje 110 IR at 1 Calcium Road in Wadeville, Germiston within Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. The proposed project is located on the following coordinates:

The draft Basic Assessment report will be circulated for public review on the 05^th of August 2024 for a period of 30 days until the 06^th of September 2024.
